Center of Gravity

A decision instrument, not a quiz.

Run the loop

Five situations. In each one the facts that decide it are hidden, and the only way to see them is to spend tempo you do not have enough of. That is the whole design: it turns following the process from something you agree with into something you have to pay for.

  1. 01
    Classify first
Pick the wrong domain and you run a correct process inside the wrong rules. Everything downstream inherits that choice.
  2. 02
    Tempo is immediate
Spend it on every probe and every move. Run out and the situation decides itself without you.
  3. 03
    Position is delayed
You find out what it was worth after you commit, not before. Cutting corners looks like a win right up until settlement.
  4. 04
Acting on a guess always fails
Even when the guess is correct. Being right is not the same as having done the work.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. Scoring weights are reasoned from the field manual and balanced against bot cohorts — the relative ordering is tested, the absolute numbers are constructed.
